I Guess, I missed one point. While still on outsourcing, it okay for a CEO or a high ranking executive to outsource his official work, but what about those in the middle management layer. What can they outsource. Moreover,I think the work they do is supposed to be confidential!
I haven't read the book yet. Do you think the tips given in the book are as relevant to say, Indians as they are to Americans? I am a bit curious about it as it seems to talk a lot about outsourcing. That's fine from the perspective of Americans but what about people living in India, which is a hub for outsourcing. How are they supposed to outsource?
